My kids 10yrs and 5yrs go to a school, which has its nursery n kg plus senior classes (6-12) under one roof and the primary classes that is 1-5 are in a different address. For this reason i have had a chance to drop my kids at the senior wing when they were in nursery kg but at a time when the senior classes are already on n there is not so much commotion. Today my elder one started his new journey – it was his first day to school for class VI . It was the first time i was at the school when the senior wing starts. Oh! what a feeling — until now it was only a few 4-5yr old toddling down the path. But today the pathway was striving with energy, proud footsteps were walking down … the pride of starting a new class… the pride of success …. and the sparkle in eyes to look forward for a new year, new knowledge, new quests …. new success. I could feel the concrete come to life as if it was missing the tap of footsteps during the session of break. The few moments i was at the gate to see off Harshiv i felt so much energy that was fast getting transferred into me. There was so much positivity around … I wish i could go to drop him every day to get myself energised … but kids r kids — i am a grownup boy n u need not drop me …;-(
